413 Horizon Trail is a full multi-room luxury basement build showcasing the craftsmanship New Edge Renovation brings to every project. The main living space is anchored by a dramatic natural stone fireplace surrounded by custom walnut built-in cabinetry — a combination that delivers both warmth and architectural presence.

Stone Fireplace & Custom Built-Ins

The floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace features a solid wood beam mantle and a Samsung Frame TV centered above it. Flanking the fireplace is a full wall of custom walnut cabinetry with dark shiplap backing, LED-lit floating shelves, and integrated lower cabinet storage with a black granite countertop. The coffered wood plank ceiling overhead is finished with LED rope lighting tucked into each beam — creating a warm, layered ambiance at any hour.

Kids' Suite

A thoughtfully designed kids' bedroom features a custom built-in window seat with four storage drawers below and a shiplap bookshelf tower alongside it. Soft sage green walls and dark hardwood floors create a calm, designer space for the youngest members of the household.
